The VFFS1-series inverter is designed specifically for pump and fan applications in the HVAC industry.

The built-in EMI filter drastically reduces high-frequency noise. The inverter is ideal for offices, shops, warehouses and factories.

Special features include the Fire control mode, sleep function and low-current detection to detect broken belts and pump impellers. In an emergency condition, the Fire mode will automatically start and continuously run the fan motor to extract smoke from the building at the pre-set speed. The inverter will remain running regardless of the occurrence of soft faults caused by the fire. In the sleep mode, the inverter will switch on/off according to the (analogue) speed reference.

The VFFS1-series has a built-in RS-485 Modbus communication port. The following field bus interfaces are also available:

The VFS11 range is available for 3-PH 240V input and 3-PH 380-480V input from 0.4 kW to 75 kW. IP20 models can be mounted side-by-side to reduce panel space. IP54 enclosed models can be mounted direct to the wall and can be fitted with an isolator, on/off switch and potentiometer for easy control. Applications include AHUs, Ventilation fans, Chillers and Water pumps.
