The new NANO VF-nC3 inverter offers excellent motor control and the improved capacitors and cooling ensure long lifetime operation.

The VF-nC3 offers great added features and advantages over the current VF-nC1 range. One of the most obvious new features is the large "turn-and-push" potentiometer on the front of the inverter. This dial is used for local speed control and to set parameters. The setting of parameters is now much faster. The Easy-key provides quick access to up to twenty-four nominated parameters. Access to the parameters can be restricted by a door seal, programmable input, parameter setting or password.

The new removable main circuit terminal block and larger control terminals make connecting the unit faster and easier. The contactor arrangement (in at the top/out at the bottom) arrangement eliminates large bundles of wires. In fact, with the on-board run and stop buttons and the integrated overload protection, the VF-nC3 can easily be installed in place of existing contactors and overloads. Multiple inverters can be installed side-by-side, reducing control panel space.

The built-in RS-485 communication port enables PLC control via Modbus RTU or from the remote keypad. Parameters can be downloaded and saved with the free PCM programming software. All changed parameters are stored in one parameter group for quick searching and adjusting.

The new VF-nC3 range is available for 1-PH 120 V input / 3-PH 240 V output, 1-PH 240 V AC input / 3-PH 240 V output and 3-PH 240 V input / 3-PH 240 V output.

All single-phase 240V models have a built-in EMC noise filter. Typical applications for the VF-nC3 inverter include Food processing machinery, Packaging machinery, Conveyors, Pumps & Fans and Health & Medical equipment.
